This SoHo loft renovation came to us from return clients with a clear vision: honor the bones of the space while making it distinctly their own. Original floors, tin ceiling tiles and exposed piping were preserved, while simple millwork interventions and mid–century inspired details created a thoughtful backdrop for the client to display her art. The result is an airy and light-filled interior that balances warmth with an industrial edge.
