Designed by the Stollar Fearins Welch architecture and design team, this 3,200-square-foot space features multiple conference rooms, a dedicated interior design studio, library, and a welcoming entrance that exhibits the distinctive residential sensibility of Stollar Fearins Welch. The office combines function and comfort, offering a setting that encourages collaboration and creativity. Vibrant Fromental wallpaper in the reception area with vintage furnishings and incredible modern art immediately communicates SFW’s design aesthetic. The adjacent salon-like lounge features a Gracie clad screen and custom furniture as well as vintage finds.  Sterling Ruby, Jean-Michel Basquiat as well as personal artist friends are widely represented across the studio. Livability and beauty are represented in equal proportion.
