Neoclassical Promenade Townhouse

In this Brooklyn limestone rowhouse, we were tasked to give new life to previously seldom-used rooms.  We reimagined the garden and parlor floors, incorporating mixed-use spaces like the casual garden-level dining room/fireside lounge with an expansive new opening facing the nicely appointed private garden.  In the parlor, a new family hub emerged as a library/game room, replacing the once less occupied formal dining space.  A second floor den/office gave way to a most coveted closet/dressing room complete with custom vanity island and coffered ceiling.
